i am coming up to the sixth year of my IVA. This should be the end as working out how much equity I need to release, I am in negative equity as the calculation is based on 85 percent loan to value. However my IVA company are my applying the standard calculation which is protocol as they are not asking me to re-mortgage. They are not releasing me from the iva and said they want another 12 months payments. Can they get away with this? I have made an official complaint, but I am getting know where. I am going to take this up with the Insolvency Practitioners Association. Is there any other regulatory body governing IVA companies?

Yes there are a few but although the IPA may govern your IP all complaints now go through the Gateway that Foggy has given you the link for, instead of the licensing body.
