I had a iva that failed...during the iva i had a ppi which moneys was sent into the iva,this was 2 years ago the ppi..as of now i have found out that the ppi money was never added to the iva and there is no sign of the money where its gone..the bank that sent the ppi to the ip said it had been cashed,now an trying to trace it..this is totally out of order

You need to ask the IP to account for the money. If needed make a formal complaint which you can escalate to the IP's regulators.

What do you mean the the PPI was 'never added to the IVA' please?
