They have to have a few weeks notice of meetings (21 days for initial meeting, 28 days for a variation).
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014

Hi and welcome, hope Foggy has answered your question, if you've made an offer, then good luck with that.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Your IP has 21 or 28 days to call the meeting (once they have all the info) depending on your terms/any modifications.

Creditors should be given 14 days notice of the variation meeting.

your IP should inform you of the date once they've called the meeting.
