If my husband inherits a cash sum, does he have to pay off my IVA ?

If my husband inherits a cash sum whilst i am under an iva does he have to pay my iva off?

No -- if he is not in the IVA, his finances are of no concern to his IP. He could, of course, offer to make a full and final settlement.

No but he might wish to help you with an F&F offer to settle your remaining IVA payments so you can start to move on and take control of your own disposable income again.
