Hi, have you had a valuation carried out?. Another review may be conducted to confirm income over the year. My firm didn't need anything from me. I sent in valuation and after disputed around available equity the IVA concluded after 5th year. Have a chat with someone at the firm - good luck nearly there!

I am afraid this is a "how long is a piece of string" question .... different IP's have different ways of working and only your own firm can tell you what they will require.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014

If you do require a valuation and haven't done so as yet, I managed to get a valuation from a local estate agent and they emailed the pack to me, which I then forwarded to my IP. They accepted this and I had no more to do, I know different companies want different things.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

It depends on your IP - ask them what they will need.

Thank you very much, everyone, for your advice, I'm with StepChange, formerly CCCS. Just about hanging on in there. I have just entered year 5 so no valuation yet, I presume that comes nearing the end of the year.

Check your terms - I think the standard clause from memory is after month 54.
