I checked my credit report today and found it had lost a few points and is now 'poor'. I am not too sure why this is but did notice that it appears on my report as if creditors have reported I have defaulted this month? I was under the impression that the defaults would have the same date as the date my IVA started???

Hi, the original default date should be the start date of your IVA or thereabouts but some creditors will continue to update your file and show defaults each month - that is normal. When you complete and get that CC send them a copy and request that all defaults are shown with the correct start date. After the end 6th year they will drop off like magic!. Not long now!
