I've had an IVA with credit fix, and the end date is 25 may 2016 whoop, however I haven't heard from them in more than 18 months! I don't really know what to do, do I get a notification, shall I cancel my next direct debit?
Why are they so silent, I'm scared they are going to hit me with bad news if I contact them!

Hi and welcome, oh 5 days to go... nearly there.

I would contact them, that way you'll ensure that all is ready to stop.

Do you have a property to release equity against?
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

We were with them and had similar experience.

If you have no equity or arrears write to them asking them to confirm last payment date.

Also state that you expect no delays in the completion process.

Do not hesitate to sign deed of assignment linked to ppi and state that you will sign it in your letter/email.

My signature tells you the rest in terms of how quickly we got the completion certificate.

Good luck.
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.

CF are generally good, but you do need to keep on the ball yourself and be firm with them. They have a large, newly acquired, caseload and seem to skate over things to get them done.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014

I was with PJG for 3 years and was in contact with them on a monthly basis. Then my case was moved over to CF and find you can go months without any contact. You have to keep pestering them to get answers. I found the best way was to email them. They are pretty good at responding.
0 months down
60 months to go

What a shame the customer service quality differs so much.

As huddo says, keep pestering and hopefully you'll hear in a few days.
