Hi and welcomer,

If you have sorted out equity release and had the extra 12 months then I doubt you will have to extend further but do check with your IP to make sure your payments are finished and well done with getting to the end.

It depends on what was agreed regarding the timeshare in your arrangement.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

If it's a condition in your proposal that you sell the timeshare I would consider asking your IP to propose a variation to have it excluded from the arrangement. They must know that it's incredibly difficult to get rid of time shares. As the others have said your first move is to thoroughly check your proposal and chairmans report for modifications.

It depends whether it was included in the IVA and what was supposed to happen to it. if it was excluded it will be yours to do what you want with but if included you might need a variation - speak to your IP about this.
