Hi,

Your IVA will stay on your record until September this year but you can contact Barclays enclosing a copy of your completion record and tell them to remove defaults back to the start date of your IVA. They should then drop off.

They are entitled to report the default until the 6th anniversary -- check that the default date coincides with the start date of your IVA.

You can ask them to mark it settled or partially settled, but this makes little difference to the final outcome.

Regardless that you completed early I'm afraid your credit record is still affected until after the 6 year anniversary has passed.

Wait until September 2016 then if they do not drop off automatically you can send them a copy of your CC and get them to update their records.
