Just put down what you spend - don't forget things like prescriptions, haircuts, newspapers. You can have a basic Sky subscription as well.
If you have had no problems before then just carry on.

At year three you will find it difficult to introduce a new classification of expenditure, not previously included. As Kallis says, simply list what you actually spend.

Hi Frank - there is no list because every person is different needs and expenses. It's based on what is considered 'reasonable for your day to day basic needs' and what creditors will accept. For instance they might reject payments for gym membership because walking is free etc.
