I believe if I started my payments in the July then my last payment should be 60 months later in June; is this correct ? I have had letter stating no equity therefore completion will be after month 60 but when should I hear from them about cancelling D.D if June is my last payment ?
Just check with with them to make sure that your last payment is this month - they will tell you if your June payment will be your last.
