Hello,

I have been sold onto Creditfix in March 2016. My original practitioners were Mitchell Farrar.
I have paid my last payment on 28th May 2016.
I haven't heard anything. What do I do, not sure if I have to pay another year because I cant remortgage, its all up in the air, do I stop the standing order as far as I'm concerned my 5 years has been paid. I haven't had any correspondence since March 2016, when they rang to say they have took over.
Just added stress, please could anyone help.
Thank you

Hi Jules,

You need to speak to them to ascertain exactly what is happening. Do you have equity in your property?

Get in touch asap.

Contact them for a sit.rep as soon as possible. You might have been lost in the transfer !
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Chase - unless there is equity involved they should try and get you off their books asap.

We were with them.
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.

Definitely advise you to contact them. That way you can get on the completion road asap.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
