Mortage after IVA
Me and the husband completed IVA in 2011 decided to sell our house this year as we have out grown it.

We got a broker who has been her weight in gold as she checked out a lot of information and looked for lenders who will look at ex IVA customers

We put a full mortgage application in with nationwide on the 1st June got full mortgage offer today and we got it with normal interest rates too.

Just wanted to share there is light at the end of the tunnel.
F&F accepted 24th May 2011
