Im not an expert on this but i think majority are accepted. I owed 41k and was accepted. My friend owed 31k and was accepted. Best thing i ever did. I completed in March this year after 6 problem free years. Im now debt free and my credit file is completely clear of any debt

Hi and welcome,

I would imagine this will be accepted otherwise they would not put it forward.

Which company are you going with?

Hi and welcome to our forum. You've found us and we're here to support you throughout, we've all had that feeling of uncertainty, but in the main the IVA's are accepted as the best offer will be on the table for the creditors.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Hello and welcome .. they are rarely rejected these days, so you have a very good chance of acceptance.

Best of luck for the meeting. Let us know how you get on and don't hesitate to ask any questions, have a rant, or a laugh on here.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014

I think everyone has these feelings when they are waiting on there meeting, I know I did.

As the others have said your IP wouldn't have put it forward if they didn't think there was a good chance of acceptance.

Not long to go now. Good luck!!!

Difficult to say as really depends on what the proposals are, what the alternative outcome is in Bankruptcy and what the creditors decide.

However your Nominee would not put forward if they did not think there was a 'reasonable chance of success' so hopefully creditors will vote in favour.

Best of luck.
