So we're all getting told what's best for us all. Whether it's in or out of the Eu. That's not what I want to debate here, Leave it on Facebook. What I want to know is does the Eu have any legislation in place that we would miss should we leave? Will IVAs be effected? Just wondering.

I personally can't see them being affected.

I can't see how it would affect your existing contract in any way.

That's fine. But I'm not clued up on legislation etc and wondered if there was anything that would change but I'll go with what the pros say. :)

The point is your contract s already in place. Any terms that would change (unlikely) would have to be accepted by the creditors and you to be implemented.

I can only therefore see it being an issue for debtors entering a new contract after any relevant changes are made (although not envisaged)

I agree with Lisa - I can't see anything happening to alter things. The EU has more important things to bother about.

I echo the above plus it takes three years or more for the UK to leave the EU in the event of a leave vote which I hasten to add will not happen
