As Kallis says, NO. Your Address is not linked to your name for any debt (other than a mortgage). "Blacklisting" which is an old concept does not exist and is just an old wife's tale. Your tenants will be non the wiser of you being in an IVA or it affecting them for credit.
Last Payment made 04/12/14. Completion Certificate 25/7/15. IVA company GT. No Issues
