My IVA should have finished last year but my IVA was moved to another company who have increased the time by another year. It started in 2009, but I have been ill and not working and they had told me they would put me on a break. My last payment to them was in January 2016.

Hi,

Which company are you with? I believe you asked this question before?

Did you make a complaint?

If you had a break this would have to be added on to the end, but only the number of months missed, not a full year.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014

I suspect it has no bearing that the Supervisor has changed, this is due to you having a payment break and would have happened with the old IP too.
