Hi , I'm in an IVA , and would like my name off the mortgage , which I share with my (as yet) wife ! I'm happy to hand it over to her ! Would this be a problem with the IVA company ?

Yes --- the creditors will be expecting a share of equity in the property, or, more likely an extension of your IVA instead.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014

Yes you will effectively be giving away your asset for free.

The mortgage Company may also not be prepared for her to take the mortgage on in her sole name either.
