Is it correct that I can't contact Payplan IP directly for permission for car finance ?

Hi i need to obtain permission for car finance. I'm with payplan and been told it will take nearly two weeks for them to talk to my IP and I can't contact him directly. Is this right? I really need that fast.

This is the way Payplan operate ( therefore correct for them, but far from "right" ).

Hi and welcome,

If you check the Insolvency Register you should find your IP's name on there and send an email directly.

I personally think it's wrong but it's the way they operate. A direct email, however, may well be answered, worth a try

What wonderful news, so glad you've got this sorted, sometimes perseverance pays off.

You will get there and I agree every day is a step nearer to completing.
