Hello, I'm 20 months into my IVA. I'm married but my husband is not included in the IVA. We live in a property that is owned by my husband and the house is not included in the IVA although, whilst applying for the IVA we did have to provide evidence that my husband is paying an apportionment of household expenses based on his earnings. My husband is about to receive some money and is willing to pay my IVA off early. So my question is, will a full and final settlement from my husband's money be accepted? or will his money be considered as a windfall just the same as if I had come into a lumpsum? Thanks in advance for your responses

Hi Yes you could make a F&F settlement offer based on his lump sum injection. Base it on the number of payments you have left, which I presume is 40 payments.
