Mike states "my IVA is due To run out in December and I am going for a management position in the USA in January and I would like to know what the repercussions are if I wanted to move over to the USA just after the IVA is completed".

Hi,

There shouldn't be any problem.

From the IVA perspective there should be none, although you will have to inform your IP, as you are still bound by the IVA until they issue the completion certificate (and you will want to make sure that bit of paper finds you! ).
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014
