Hi im in my final 9 months of my iva, recently i have been earing more and from paying £130 they want £344! Whilst looking at the financial review they sent me back i noticed they had taken £150 of my work food allowance , which i need as i do nite shifts and need to have food for 2 days whilst there! They have given me £42 which is £2 per. Day to buy myself breakfast lunch and tea! Surely this cannot be right?

As this allowance has been agreed thus far the IP should have a valid reason for taking it away, as the creditors have already agreed to let you have it. I would argue the point with your IP.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

I agree. Your IP cannot do this just to increase your contributions and thus their fees. Speak directly to the IP and not a caseworker.
