I entered into an IVA with Varden nuttal back in 2007 and all contributions where paid up in full in 2012. I still have not received a completion certificate and they are now in administration. This should have been finished four years ago and is now afffecting me getting credit and moving on with my life. It still reamains on my credit file that I'm in an IVA and upon contacting varden nuttal I don't seem to get anywhere apart from being told it is in process and they can't give any date.
This really is t helping me right now and it's ruining my life. Is there anything I can do?
I am afraid there is little you can do! The administrators have taken the matter to court to get permission to issue completion certificates -- until this is forthcoming their hands are tied.
Keep checking for updates on the VN website and keep pestering.
