Hi,

Speak to either Ryan or Shaun (details under the ask experts a question link on the left hand side of the page) for some advice on a mortgage.

It's not impossible, but you will get a far better rate if you can hang on until your credit files clear up. I am sure Ryan or Shaun can advise on the spadework required.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Hi Nigel.rn
If your IVA is now off your credit file you may well get high street interest rates.
When did you enter this?

Has your 6 year anniversary since IVA started passed yet? This is a key component.
