I have 2 months left on my iva, I've just recieved a letter regarding ppi, I have to sign forms to each creditor. Why is this I'm worried as this has been done ages ago.

Hi and welcome,

Don't worry about it - standard procedure these days! Just sign the forms and send them back otherwise you might find that your completion is delayed.

It is basically a belt and braces job to assign any future PPI refunds to your creditors. Without it they will delay the issue of the completion certificate. They are also making sure that, if the court case goes against them in November, it doesn't prevent them from claiming PPI after the issue of the completion certificate.
