Hi,

Your creditors should not be contacting you for this - speak to them and tell them what is happening.

Your IP will be sorting out the creditors with their payments so there is nothing to worry about.

The creditors will get a copy of the Final Report, which you will also get along with your certificate. It often takes a while to filter through to all departments and your IP should sort out any questions from creditors. Occasionally a creditor might not get the message and we then have to provide them with a copy of the Chairman's Report, Final Report and completion certificate.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

The text messages were probably annual statements. I believe creditors still have to make these statements even though your account is in default, but few do. I had annual statements from most of my creditors during the 60 months but not all of them.
Last Payment made 04/12/14. Completion Certificate 25/7/15. IVA company GT. No Issues
