Hi I received a letter last year giving us an end date June 2017 and today I received a letter asking us to remortgage can they do this if we have an end date
If you have a property and sufficient equity, yes, as detailed in the agreement. The end date is that of the original term after the equity due has been paid - the agreement will allow for this to be extended if unable to remortgage or if the equity falls below £5k. This will all be in your paperwork.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
