If I have paid 100p to the pound does it mean I have paid off my IVA and will get a refund ?

Hi I been told I paid back 100p pence to pound of debt does it mean I paid off my iva n as waiting for refund from them

To pay off 100 pence in the pound means you must have also paid the fees etc, as these come out before the debts ! So, yes, it looks like the IVA has completed and you have paid everything you owed !

You need to speak to your IP company and confirm things with them. They are the only ones who know your situation.

Louise, it is pretty much standard for your IP to lose interest in you once you have come to the end -- they all seem to go silent between that last payment and the issue of the completion certificate, which could, as previously advised, be up to 6 month
