I have a Creditors meeting on the 31-10-2016 for a IVA With Stepchange
My debts are with 5 Creators total 50K
TSB
MBNA
Nationwide
Barclaycard
Capital One
RBS
Built up over 10 years i feel so foolish now thinking about it all

My question is ? Well not really a question but I'm just so
worried that it will get Rejected . I can't sleep or eat thinking about this .

Hi and welcome,

They would not be putting this offer forward if they did not think it would succeed so I m sure you will be ok. Just keep posting on here for support.

Try to keep occupied and don't dwell on the meeting ( hard I know) --- I had 4 of those among my creditors and all voted yes, as far as I recall.

I am sure you will be fine but it is stressful, I agree.

Hi

We were with StepChange and found them to be really good right from the start and throughout.
When we looked at our proposals the alternative to accepting was the creditors would get nothing so I'm sure they knew it would get accepted.

Good luck.

Good luck on 31st, been there and now coming up to end of year four! It is terrifying but you will feel much better once IVA is underway.

It isn't easy but this time next week I am quietly confident you will be in an iva. Your IP will have submitted your best offer to creditors based on your affordability - keep yourself busy over the next few days xx

Not long to go Stu. Worth speaking to your IP - they might have received votes already and know the outcome. Its a long shot but worth a quick phone call to find out.
