If the debt was acquired prior to entering the IVA and there is good reason it wasn't included initially it is possible, assuming the amounts don't upset the balance of the arrangement unduly. If it is a new debt, no, it cannot be added and will have to be explained to your IP and maybe a payment break can be agreed to allow you to clear it -- this break will be added on to the end of the arrangement.
