How do they get away with this? Surely this is a complaint to the OFT waiting to happen. They ought to be publicly named and shamed, and their activities are clearly verging on fraud.
really wish someone could bring these parasites to task-its like everything though trying to pinpoint who/where exactly they are-theyre probably linked to that foreign call centre racket and can continue making life hell for people whilst weedling about undetectable [:(!]

I hate creditor letters too, I thought they were behind me, brings back old and unpleasant memories. Never mind, I will win through in the end. They can keep their slimey hands off my son, he is only just old enough to vote.
Hi Fergie sorry to hear they are phoning on your day off and putting your blood pressure up. I changed my phone number as they were so persistent, it was easy too, I just rang the telephone company told them I was being harrassed (didnt mention slimey green monsters, just in case they thought I ga ga) They gave me a lovely new telephone number which was beautifully quiet, it was bliss.
