Perhaps my view is swayed by the fact that it is the two chav families that have them. I'm sure Lesley and Wonder don't have any fake Louis Vuitton.

Skippy, as for them going out of fashion in a few years, I'm not sure that would be any better. It would then just sit in their gardens (with the football nets and all the other junk) and rust for the next 10 years. A bigger eyesore than it is now.

Now what has the name of those conifers that grow about 10 metres a year and you aways hear neighbours from hell squabbling about?

If I had any problems with my neighbours, that is what I would plant!

Make the garden nice and private anyway![:D]

We have them blooming trees in our garden. No garden just trees. Too big, about 30 feet high before we cut them down a bit. Still cant see above them when we jump on trampoline. They should keep them in the forests.

Cheeky sod Skip! I think I'd have taught him a few more choice words!

Wonder - if I'd got Leylandii I'd be in heaven!

Classy Julie!

I don't think he needs me to teach him any choice words Jan! It wasn't what he said, but the fact he was halfway down the road bellowing at us!

no staffies, just a chocolate lab and a cocker spaniel, don't have the same effect I'm thinking! I love staffies though to be fair, did have a burberry scarf once! *cringes*
