Rang Aperture today to sort payment and advised to ring another number - rang it and it was Jarvis Insolvency. Asked if my account was now with them as I hadn’t been told the same from Aperture and advised yes you have been transferred - do you authorise that, not much choice but to say yes as I expected it anyway tbh. Told not to use the Aperture portal and there still sorting out being able to take card payments / direct debits so bank transfer for the time being. Worth checking if your an aperture customer and started recently if you have been transferred.
