I've only ever had one problem with Travelodge (and they sorted it out - eventually!) I know they aren't the Hilton, but at least if I can get a cheap one in London I know there's a bathroom that's not been squashed into the smallest corner imaginable... In fact, when I was following the football non stop, I used to call myself "the Queen of the Travelodge"!

Final payment 1st April 2016.
Completion Certificate received 19th May 2016.

I've definitely been charged again for my stay that I had in June when we went to Manchester Uni, I'm keeping a keen eye on when they refund me!

Did they refund any overdrawn charges orange?

Just had an email from Travelodge stating what's happened with a link if there were bank charges due to their error. There wasn't in my case but good to know if anyone does experience charges then they will be reimbursed. Email came after charge and refund though!

I'm just thankful for Orange for highlighting this to me in the first instance as I was going to the bank tomorrow to sort it.

All dealt with now and didn't really affect me so phew. xx

Got to say that when I get the odd night or weekend away I much prefer Premier Inns to Travelodges, they are too cold and impersonal for me I'm afraid.
