I've found I've been using my Tuxedo card less and less so I phoned up yesterday to cancel it. I was paying £4.99 a month for it, but I wish I'd got a pay as you go card. The website says that you can't change from pay monthly to PAYG, but when I said I wanted to cancel I was asked if I'd like to change to PAYG! It'll cost me £5 to change, but they'll send me a new card in the post and I'll need to ring them up to get the balance transferred to my new card.

Hi all

does anyone out there have the Virgin pre paid card?

i was looking at it online and it states a fee of 9.95 to set up then no monthly fees, I am looking into these types of cards and would like to know the best one.
I will also look at the tuxedo but there seems to be so many available its all a bit confusing to me[:I]

tuxedo are having problems with the Pay Point top ups today - just in case anyone has tried topping up that way and it hasn't worked!

We have the PAYG ones and they are working out well for us.
Completion Certificate received September 2012.
