I've just done a quiz on 80s childrens TV programmes on Facebook and I was wondering what your favourite programmes were, 80s or otherwise.

Mine were the Wombles, Rainbow, the Muppets (Animal rules!) and the Pink Panther. As I got older I loved Thunderbirds and the Man From Uncle (I had a crush on David McCallum!).

Dave's favourites were also Thunderbirds and the Man From Uncle, Tales From the Riverbank, Dangerman and the Woodentops.

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is the present - a gift to make the most of.

I know an extremely dirty joke about Bill and Ben which i couldn't possibly repeat here.
Other than that it was Joe 90, Captain Scarlet,
Stingray, Thunderbirds.
Latterly my favourite was Dangermouse.

How could I forget Bagpuss and Mr Ben?!? What about Bod? That was a really weird programme! I was scared of Morph when I was little!

I know the one you mean about the squares Kerri but I can't remember what it was called.

I've got to say that the Muppets (& Fraggles) rule! 30 years old and still a big fan. I liked Mr Benn, Camberwick green & cockleshell bay but I'm sorry Bagpuss but bagpuss scared me. I think it was his yawn and those mice!
