Your IP should be conducting an annual review (unless for some bizarre reason it says in your proposal that they don't have to, however I very much doubt it). Your IP is failing in his/her duties if they don't do it.
Will the creditors just presume this is being done? Can you think of any reason why it hasnt been done?
The only thing I have had is a letter from two of my creditors which was an annual statment of what payments they had received, I havent received any thing from my IP.
Which firm are you with? You need to contact them and find out exactly why your annual reviews haven't been done and why you haven't received any information. This is what your IP is getting paid for and by the sounds of it, they're not doing a very good job!
Ok an update had the creditors meeting yesterday and my brothers full and final settlement offer has been agreed , so my brother has made the payment today, I spoke to the company yesterday who have confirmed now this is accepted its all done and instructed me to cancel direct debit to them.
Settlement was 5500k the full outstanding amount 4 years 2 months in , now 430 a month better off which I plan to overpay my mortgage with , my brother has also given me 3 k to take the family away on holiday as we have not been away for 4 years
Keep going guys it's npbeen he hardest 4 years but time has gone quick , apart from the snow happy days
The completion and filing of annual reports is a statutory requirement, and if your IP is not doing this then they are not complying with something they are required to in order to hold an insolvency licence. If this is true, I have no hesitation in advising you to report them to their respective regulatory body.
