will our iva make an allowance if our daughter goes to university. Our wages will not warrant the full student loan and we will be expected to make up the shortfall.

I'm not sure either. All I know is a lot of my friends children have to work part time to be able to afford uni.

I think you may find it difficult to get a reduction as creditors would then be funding the university costs. However it may be possible to extend the IVA thus freeing some income to fund her costs.

already in. one year down. will be in 5th year before this happens. (if she gets the grade). Just like to get all our options straight before it happens
