If you need a rant or just to get things off your chest tomorrow, I'm sure there will be someone around. I shall be around.

nothing to worry about these people from call centres will keep ringing and saying rubbish.I got fed up with the calls so in the end we changed our phone number it only took three days to change and then the silence began.if you dont want to change your number best thing to do is quote your iva referance number, date of meeting, company name and then say goodbye and put the phone down.
try not to worry it will all soon be over
merry christmas

Graham, good advice.

Hopefully your name should be changed soon as I have heard from admin who just wanted to confirm what your name was to be and I have emailed them and told them.

shes talking cobblers as some call center staff do
when i got calls from egg they were fine but they used to call every couple of days.
i finally did what a few suggested on here by answering the call and telling the person i had several calls already about it and therfore was recording these call for future referrence.
they used to appologise for waisting my time and say they will log it on the computer then they stopped.
i did not default untill told to do so by my ip
dont even give the call your time of day forget about it
cc received 6th January 2014 now upwards and onwards

My husband has unplugged the phone now so at least we won't be speaking to anyone again today. Still a little shaken from that call but I'll get over it -it's just that we only have 6 days to go before the meeting and we were trying to be so positive and it seems like we have all of a sudden taken two steps back again somehow we had managed to put our problem to one side and now it's at the forefront again.

You'll be fine Simbel, she is talking rubbish. As the others have said your IP wouldn't put a proposal forward if they weren't confident it would succeed.

Have a lovely Christmas and New Year, and please don't let this worry you unnecessarily xxx

Simbel, you will be fine.

This time next week it will be over and you should be able to stick two fingers up to MBNA (metaphorically speaking of course!)

Please don't let it ruin your Christmas.

Glad hubby has unplugged the phone - you don't deserve to have nuisance calls like this.

Roll on the 30th, when we can all stick the metaphorical fingers up with you [:D](liked that one Jan[;)])

xx

Simbel my apologies I've missed this post all day, I can't add anything only assure you that the call centre staff do have no bearing on the outcome of your IVA and I would wish you well for the 30th and will be looking out for a positive post from you that day x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

I am sat here fuming here at this. Simbel is one of my clients, and whilst I would absolutely reiterate all that the other posters have said in support, I can only wonder, in disgust, at where some of these call centres get their kicks from.

Ring me next week if you need me.

Regards.
