That's just ridiculous! How on earth they cannot trace the payment with that information borders on incompetency. Whether that's come from you or the bank is irrelevant surely?

I cannot believe a representative has not responded. I appreciate that you have far more important things to see too at this time and that this is a stress that you do not need. It's tragic that they will fail you for this.

I notice that DFD representatives have been logged on today, yet have either not noticed this, or chosen to remain silent.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Dfd cannot really comment on a case in a public forum, discussions is strictly with N'70.Unlikely DFD they will ever get in here.

TzeKin, the last time there was a similar dispute with DFD they simply abandoned the forum for a while.

The support given is important like crowds in a football match..etc but the game here is played by N'70 and DFD.She and dfd has to be proactive.

Need parties to build bridges at this stage as it helps.Delicate Diplomacy.

Currently no idea officially where the missing money is? That need to be resolved.

Trust me this is no game!! I have tried to speak to ip,not allowed! I have emailed him and dfd employee replied instead! I rang yesterday and was told that just this one employee is allowed to discuss my case, no one else! Is this building bridges? How are you meant to reason with un reasonable people? I have accepted the situation for what it is and requested a f&f with existing funds which creditor has declined. I know 30% dividend isn't ideal but surely better than bankruptcy? Exhausted with going around in circles! I am not going to sneak behind my mums back or worry her at this crucial time of her life. Its called compassion as many of my iva pals havew pointed out. Also have you not noticed the pattern of dissatisfied customers with similar issues? Are we all wrong?[:(!]

Do not apologise for ranting. You must be frustrated beyond belief. The forum is here to use. We told nobody about the iva, too embarrassed, so the forum has been a great support for me so always feel free to express your feelings here.
