Well stressed, i am as stressed now as i was when i took the IVA out,

I have asked to do a settlement, which my IP is trying to sort out, but they are currently doing a annual review, which was not done in January when it should of been, and during the course of my IVA my wage as gone up £300 a month, but its all gone on the twins which i think my I an E shows, but before they were born i had this excess which went on cots, car seats clothes etc.

I am just worried now that my IP will want more money than am offering in my final settlent, the money is in the bank account waiting which we have proved but i dont know what do now or expect, any one got any advice or been in the same postion before?

they will get their money early, at 47p to pound which was agreed in my original IVA, but they might want more due to pay increases

i do hope, irrespective of my reasons for been debt, if the f & f is accepted i can get on with my life or should i say the twins, so they dont have to loose out, and to have such a good friend who is giving me the money to end the IVA early, you could not ask for better

i would think the review is for the creditors to see a new income and expenditure form as you are only early into your iva and they would probably veiw the f+f more favourably if you were struggling but your as safe as houses i think

all the best[:)]

James, your circumstances have change dramatically. Its difficult enough getting ready for the arrival of one baby let alone 2.

You are offering the original dividend promised which is going to be looked upon more favourably then offering less.

Hubby's annual review was also done late and the results of it actually came through the post AFTER his f&f had been accepted.

Best of luck mate but i think it will be successful.

Kiss them gorgeous girls for me xxxxx

Hi James
Just state that all disposible income will be used to repay your friend each month.I'm sure that your creditors would rather the money now, even with the possibility of a higher return in the future, because of your payrise, can never be guaranteed
