If you're talking about the creditors, absolutely not, they have to identify you first so they will just leave a message with NO details on it. If you're talking about Melanie's office, they will not leave any details either so please don't worry. Good luck, Viki X

Creditors will not discuss your case with anyone else. They are not allowed to under the Data Protection Act. You have to jump through a few hoops before they will talk to you.

If your son answers the phone, all they will do is ask if you are there and when you are not, they will just say they will call later. I never had a problem with creditors discussing my details with anyone else

Hi Maxie, my goodness I hope you don't get HIM. The first calls I had were from nice people who listened, this idiot didn't, he was threatening and nasty.

A word of advice if anyone gets asked for a reference number. What Moneystinks said yesterday was exactly right as far as Melanie's team are concerned. As a general rule, they don't issue ref no's as they KNOW their clients and their cases. So refreshing to hear that from Ang today. She made me feel like I wasn't just a number.

Good luck with the calls, I'm not answering them anymore for my own sanity.

Kazzy x

Hiya Michael, I think it depends a lot on your own frame of mind how you deal with nasty calls. I was on a bit of a downer yesterday anyway and that just topped it off. I had only just walked in from work and they took me unawares. Perhaps if I got a call today, it might be a very different story - bring it on, I'm ready for them today [;)]

Only joking, I'm still gonna ignore them - I've realised today, they are not worth getting upset over! Kazzy x
