it is nearly impossible to get through to them on the telephone, very much like getting a response via email. My last mobile bill was an extra £26 on top of my monthly payment, that was with calling them & getting constantly put on hold, plus there is trying to find the time whilst i am at work. Looks like my IVA is going to fail. Where do i go for help now? Can anybody please advise as to what i should do next? Is there an onbudsman or official path i could go down? Thank you in advance
Thank you so much for your help Lesley. I have no confidence going down the internal complaints procedure as i'm not sure i will get any response. All i want to do is carry on paying my IVA but, without knowing how much, and without knowing the details of the account & date the payments need to be paid theres nothing i can do. Thank you again.
What we can also do is keep this bumped up in the hope that DFD do see it and do respond to your request of communication, rather than just saying they will.
