This is really not good, wonder what the problem is with contacting you, to openly say on a forum to contact her before 5 and you do, something must be wrong somewhere surely?
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

I received an email asking me to call customer services. I suppose that will be another another hour on hold & £26 added to my monthly phone bill

You'd think the least they could do would be to call You! I think debt companies that charge for calls are a disgrace. Cleardebt had a free phone number for a Landline and a land line number that was free from my mobile so calling never was a problem. Companies have enough in fees to cover call costs from clients.

Hope they sort it out when you call them!

I am to with Dept Free Direct .
And I'm afraid that contact by phone or e-mail is very poor to say the least ,I have now been in an iva for seven years and they have not contacted me unless I phone or write to them and that's not easy,as to Evette don't waiste your time with this one as she is also very poor in communication skills as with all Dept Free Diirect Staff,
I'm actually going down the complaints route which is not easy ,
As they seem to have most things covered legally,
But I have stumbled across a legal firm witch are getting more common by the week on taking up miss selling of your Iva ,
I will keep anybody that's intrested updated on this .

I have sent 4 emails to Evette. Not once have i had a reply. The only reply i had was when i sent an email direct to customer services & that reply told me to call them. I have now given up trying to contact them. What will be will be

Oh Stephen it shouldn't be like that and I would possibly investigate the internal complaints route as customer care in my opinion is paramount to any company but some just don't seem to follow this.

Might be worth one last demanding email TELLING them to ring you, not asking them!

Stephen i really feel for you. It is shocking that Evette would post on a public forum that she wants to help you and yet still ignore your emails and you can't get through on the phone. Like Lesley suggested, i would definately start a formal complaint - they have to investigate the complaint fully and if you are not satisfied then you can escalate it. It is really awful when a customer is treated so badly, DFD should be ashamed of themselves - if you don't put in a complaint then nobody will look into it further and things will never change. Good luck and i hope that they finally contact you with a full apology and a resolution!
IVA started Jan 2012
Last payment made June 2014 @100p
Completion certificate received Sept 2014

This is very unfair ...Evette ..please double check and tripple check your inbox ...this needs to be resolved for the forum members urgently.

Stephen.22 - i have emailed Evette to as a test to see when I get a response. If you agree Admin can exchange your email address with me and i can identify you to Evette if I get a response and ask her to personally phone you ?

Contact has been made. I took the day off work & had to hang on the phone for 75 mins. So i lost a days pay & another massive phone bill. I can be assured that these costs will not be deducted from my monthly payment. Thank you to the mentors & everyone else for your comments of support & actions in order for this to be resolved
