Just got an e-mail from the closures team???

I know your CC was due at the end of the year as it's been b***** six months but we have come across a problem!!!! What a F******* surprise!!!
Your a joke GT anyone wanting to go into an IVA do not use this company!!!!

It was a joint IVA and went I seperated from my ex wife she went backrupt. where's the problem? I informed them, had another meeting with my creditors and took on the IVA which was b***** hard!!!!

Looks like 2013 still in a b***** IVA!!!!

NOT IMPRESSED!!!![V][V][V][V][V]

I can imagine your frustration and that of lots of other posters with this ppi fiasco. Hopefully the New Year will bring closure to your IVA. I agree it't not fair but I'm just a person in an IVA so carry no clout. x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Hi

It's not been a good year for anyone looking to complete their IVA and it must be so frustrating to keep having the finish line moved

Regards

Andy words fail me!!

It is so depressing when you have gone through years of the IVA and are still waiting to clean your file and get on with life.

I am sorry but GT are playing with peoples lives, and I paid up in June and just want my CC. Not much to ask for and then when you think its all over in Dec they move the goal posts.. Not Fair!!!!

It's not just GT and, unless we can afford to pay for legal advice then I'm afraid we're stuffed.

Maybe a signed petition to start with and maybe complaints to them as it is a joke now and they don't seem to care!!!!

I have a lot of time for Karol but not for GT!!!

Sorry markiboy but I doubt a signed petition and complaints will do it. They can ignore both and again, it's not just GT (and no, I'm not with them).

How about a petition sent to the OFT rather than dealing with GT .

I can't see that working either - bear in mind that GT have a lot more clients than post on here. You wouldn't be able to contact all of them.

I for one would definitely sign it.

Have they told you what aspect of your case is specifically causing the delay Markiboy?

Just that it was a joint IVA Mel??? I am divorced now and the IVA was redone and she went Bankrupt. GT was kept well in the picture and I took on the IVA by myself??? I just think it's another delaying tactic I am disgusted with them. They are causing me more grief. I will contact them tomorrow but I will construct a letter of complaint.

Not sure what relevane that has to a delay in closure - I would get them to be more specific so you can have a better understanding and your expectatons for the closure timescale can be better defined.

Mel half the problem is they fail to communicate at all!!

People would perhaps be more understanding if they just knew what was happening. The ppi and tax thing must be settling down by now so why are so many still being left in limbo??

People in ivas are being treated like rubbish because some firms know they have clients over a barrel with few avenues of redress!!
