Shoot me if I have too many questions and you are all getting sick of them!!!
I presently have a HUGE mortgage of £2k which I know I cannot maintain. This means that I am going to have to move on and go into rented accommodation as I cannot sell my property. Renting from a Private landlord is my only option. This means I am going to have to transfer all my utility bills over to another property. Will I still be able to do this in my own name? My partner does not live with me, and I have no immediate family in this country who could help me should the utility companies turn me down.
I will also have to come up with deposits and first month rental, which I cannot do if I am trying to pay the mortgage as well. Do I stop paying my mortgage, tell the OR on the hearing date, or do I inform them at the OR meeting date? I am really beginning to hate my house now which is awful as I poured my soul into it as well as all my money. I just want this all to end. I am at the point where I am quite happy to just hand the blimmin keys back and be done with it all.
