Kingsgate are a recognised firm so I am sure that Vanguard are fine.
Did you speak to more than one company? If not then I suggest that you take more advice before taking this big step.

If you have any doubts about the legitimacy of this company then put the brakes on for a few days while you give it some thought. We always advise a chat with several companies in any event, to compare advice and see who you feel comfortable with.
