Ive received a report from my IVA company confirming the f&f was accepted. It also says there will be a charge of no more than £300 for the variation fee - do I have to pay this on top of the f&f?

its very confusing snd not clear at all.

Thanks

Hi,

I think this will be included in your F&F.

Unlikley - this should be provided within the monies you have already paid over.
