Our variation conclude payments in February was refused by all creditors in our IVA's. I have since spoken to our IP and explained that my husband has now been made redundant and still unfit for work due to him having a PE in July.
She is now confident in the same proposal being accepted and we are to send her the redundancy monies to complete the IVA's.
So fingers crossed and just hope all works out as the only other outcome I can see is bankruptcy.

Good luck with this...I presume sufficient monies have been retained to enable everyday living for a few months while this is sorted for you?

Hope this works for you this time - after all what is the alternative for your creditors?

Thankyou, and no we did not keep any funds back, but with tax credits and ESA we should be fine. Just want the creditors to accept our offer and then we just have to worry about my husbands health.
I will update when we get an answer from our IP
