You really deserve this variation, and I will eat my insolvency licence if it doesn't get accepted.

The very best of luck with everything. Any tricky creditors in there?

Thanks Melanie
Lets hope your not hungry that day !!!
I have a gut feeling that I,ll be ok as my debt is spread around 13 credtors and they all, except, Amex voted in favour for the original proposal.
Kindest regards

Spoke to my IP today[well one of her staff] about my variation meeting on Friday and asked what they would do if no votes were received. She told me that they would adjourn the meeting but they had already received some votes.I asked if these were positive to which she replied that she had not looked at them yet !!! she would look at them nearer the time[Today is Tuesday and meeting is Friday ???].

Oh for goodness sake - tell them to pull out your file and put you in the picture! This is your life they are talking about, not just another day's work. You are such a patient man (heck I hope you are a fella!)

I am Melanie !!!!
Just feel that a "clerk"[no disrespect]is dealing with my case and because of the history that I have had with the company I just,at the back of my mind, think that something will go wrong.
then again how can it ?? i,m offering more than they have agreed to and its going to be three years early.
Common sense will prevail.

Won,t it ????

Neverending.
I think the reason they wont tell you is, as mine told me these votes could be yes. but if he tells you this you get your hopes up and on the day of the meeting another creditor says no you will be dissapointed, OR visa versa.
be lucky on friday
